Deemer Dana & Froehle is a boutique CPA firm in Atlanta & Savannah with three major niches: the architecture/engineering/construction industry, colleges and universities, and employee benefit plan audits. We have a national practice with a small firm feel, with offices in Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia.
Deemer Dana & Froehle LLP was formed on January 1, 2008, through the merger of two Georgia accounting firms: Lazard Dana LLP, based in Savannah, and Deemer Davidson Prather PC, located in metro Atlanta. Deemer Davidson Prather PC focused on the engineering and architectural industries, while Lazard Dana served the post-secondary education industry as well as serving various other clients.
Today, our professionals combines business expertise, specialized industry knowledge, and the support of The McGladrey Alliance to best serve our clients. All firm members strive for one common goal both inside and outside the office: to create value in each relationship.
