From scheduling to preparing to submitting, Carol makes sure that the ESG team’s audits are completed fully and accurately – and ideally before deadline. The mother of an active teenage son, Carol appreciates the firm’s work/life balance. “The firm has always cared about family and knows it is important in their employee’s lives,” she says. She often utilizes the remote server access from home so that she is able to make his football games. A true team player, Carol is always ready to lend a hand – or an eye – to review and proofread a colleague’s work.
