Sheryl has over 20 years of hands-on audit and consulting experience. She brings her clients “big” firm experience from her time at Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Prior to joining Deemer Dana & Froehle LLP, she spent seven years as an accounting professor at the University of West Georgia and several community colleges.
In 2006, Sheryl took leadership of our Education Services Group. On an annual basis, she manages the financial statement, Title IV compliance/A-133 audits for more than 100 private post-secondary for-profit and non-profit educational institutions located throughout 37 states and abroad. In addition, she performs financial due diligence/transaction advisory services, one-day balance sheet audits, financial responsibility composite scores, and 90/10 revenue test attestation engagements. She has also assisted in the merger and sale of schools in excess of $200 million dollars. Sheryl was named partner at Deemer Dana & Froehle in 2011.
Sheryl is an avid runner and has three children.
